Terms & Conditions — 3k44 Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules and obligations that apply to all players who access or use any service provided by the 3k44 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket wagering, live casino, slot games, crash games, and all associated deposit and withdrawal services.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3k44 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity that occurs under your account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 3k44 support team immediately via live chat at [email protected].

3k44 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 3k44 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 3k44 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 3k44 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency without prior written agreement.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

3k44 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, which include but are not limited to:

• Wagering requirements: the multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) that must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made.
• Time limits: the period within which the wagering requirement must be completed, after which any unconverted bonus funds will expire.
• Game restrictions: certain games may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) towards satisfying wagering requirements.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 3k44 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. In the event of a discrepancy between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail. 3k44 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error, and to correct the odds and settle the bet at the correct price.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to the official rules of the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise affected by weather or other external circumstances, 3k44's cricket-specific settlement rules shall apply as published in the platform's Help section.

6.3 Casino and Live Casino

All casino games, including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, are governed by the rules published within each game interface by the respective software provider. 3k44 does not control the outcome of casino games, which are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer procedure under the provider's own regulatory obligations.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3k44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
